It's bookmarked and I look forward to trying it. I'm all about soups and crock pot recipes 1) because I suck at cooking and the crock pot was made for the cooking challenged, 2) our oven is broken which isn't helping the previously mentioned cooking challenges I face, and 3) this weather just calls for soups and stews.
